Kathleen Keaton brings more than 25 years of experience in ophthalmology and academic medicine to Retina Vision Consultants. She spent the majority of her career at UCLA’s Stein Eye Institute, where she oversaw daily operations for retina specialists, fellows, and multidisciplinary teams while managing complex clinical workflows and staffing.
